I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable with an extra bed and a nice bathroom. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with the Duomo just outside the window. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, allowing us to store our luggage before and after check-in.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - right in the heart of everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the single room I stayed in was cute and had a lovely balcony overlooking the Duomo.
